I want to follow up on your notice of shipment with the following information:

1.	The quality of your product is superior. The materials used, the style, and the painting worked together to create an extraordinary high level of quality.
2.	The shutters (and the one set of blinds) were packed securely; there was no damage, and in fact because of the superior packing there was very little chance of damage. It is clear that you did not spare any expense in shipping your product.
3.	The installation was straight-forward. Care and patience produced a very satisfactory installation given the fact that the shutters were being installed on windows at least 50 years old. It did require some creativity to deal with window frames that were not necessarily in the same plane and with window frames not exactly square, but I repeat--with care and patience your product was installed without difficulty.
4.	I am very impressed with your customer-service. You were attentive to my order, checked on certain aspects of my order, assisted me in making a slight modification in the set of blinds that I ordered, and made it convenient to process my order by having a very clear on-line process.

I have now completed the installation of the shutters ordered. I am very pleased; the shutters add to the value of the house; the shutters create immediately a much more attractive room. I cannot be more pleased. As I write this e-mail about my first order with you, I am preparing a second order to be submitted later this week. I need to now address improvements on windows in a second bedroom of the house; I know exactly how to do this with the quality product you offer.

The service and help was excellent, and they provided the exact shutters with sill cuts to fit on my existing windows perfectly.
